Necron's are the (insane) British Royal Classes as written by the British middle class. Nurgle is an abusive boyfriend. Slanessh is your friend of drugs who you watch destroy their life. Khorne is the angry drunk who comes home and beats his family and then justifies it. Tzzeech is the company owner or CEO where the employees are merely his pawns to play with.
The Tryanids are the environment that will destroy them all through global warming, but that's not a very good story to read if you're one of the other ones, so they just lose a lot.
