I posted this quesiton in the FOGN Facebook page. The above army might not be legal if you are required to get a Skirmish deatchement, which is not legal if you have two light infantry brigades in the same divison....But it's a lot more fluffy! It includes one Richard Shape making an apperance at the decisive moment.
follow up question- If I want to recreate the Light Division, it would seem to be made up of 2 light Infantry Brigades - 1st/52nd Foot, 2nd/52nd Foot, 1st/95th Rifles (4 companies), 1st Caçadores and the 1st/43rd Foot, 1st/95th Rifles (4 companies), 2nd/95th Rifles (1 company), 3rd Caçadores. However, the list ALSO says you must have 1 Skirmisher detachment per division, which you can't take if you ONLY have 2 Light Infantry brigades in one division. Does this mean I can't take a division of 2 Light Infantry brigades with no detachment of skirmishers OR would the requirement for a detachment not be needed in that case if I only have 2 Light Infantry brigades? The list is on page 174.
